The Catholic spirit of giving means not caring what anyone else gives; the decision parishioners make on how much to contribute is between themselves and God. It's truly spiritual giving in every sense.

Everything we have comes from God, and when we give back, we're saying to Him, "Thank you, God, for letting me use your gifts in service to you, my family, and fellow man!”

• Gifts of Stock or Bonds - appreciated securities which you have held for more than a year also allow you to take a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the security
  
  
• Gifts of Real Estate - these have the same tax advantages as contributions of securities.
